BEFORE THE MOVE
Fear gets a vote. It does not have to get the final word.
Fear can tell you to slow down, prepare, or pay attention. But when it starts speaking as certainty—everyone will judge me, they will say no, I cannot handle this—it can make the decision before you ever get new evidence.
LISTEN
Fear may contain useful information.
What exactly are you afraid of? What could go wrong? What would you need to know or prepare? Listening to fear can reduce uncertainty when it gives you something practical to do. The Mirror does not treat fear itself as a mistake.
NOTICE
Then listen for the prediction hiding inside it.
There is a difference between I could be rejected and they will reject me. One names a risk. The other quietly turns fear into a verdict. Hearing that shift gives you a chance to prepare without obeying a future that has not happened.
MOVE
Make the next step smaller than the prophecy.
You may not need courage for the whole future. You may need enough room to send one email, ask one question, make one offer, walk into one room, or wait for actual evidence. One small Move can preserve an opportunity fear was about to close.
A Mirror moment
My Will: I want to launch my offer this month.
My Word: If I put it out there, everyone will see that it is not good enough.
The Mirror: You are treating embarrassment as the guaranteed outcome of an action you have not taken.
A Correction: I can launch a real version, learn from real responses, and improve what needs improving.
