THREE MINUTES CAN BE ENOUGH TO SEE SOMETHING
Tell me what you want. Talk to me. Let me show you what you just said.
The experience is intentionally simple. You name a Will. You use Catch Me to speak or write naturally. The Mirror listens for one useful place where your everyday Word and your chosen direction may not agree.
1 — MY WILL
Name the direction.
What do you genuinely want right now? The Mirror needs something real to compare against: launch the business, make the money, have the conversation, build the relationship, feel more secure.
2 — CATCH ME
Say what is really going through your mind.
No perfect prompt. No journaling performance. Speak or type the way you would when the worry is actually happening. The useful sentence often arrives before you realize you said it.
3 — THE MIRROR
See one relationship. Then choose.
If the Mirror catches a contradiction, you can recognize it, reject it, edit the interpretation, keep a Correction, or take a small Move. If you join, the Second Brain can remember what happened and bring the evidence back later.
A Mirror moment
My Will: I want to send the proposal this week.
My Word: There is no point. They are going to say no.
The Mirror: You have made the client's decision before you have sent the proposal.
A Correction: I do not know their answer. I can send a strong proposal and let them decide.
Meet your Mirror
The public Mirror can compare the words you provide here without reading private Second Brain history.
